International Real Estate
In 2003, the Company, along with an Omaha-based investor, formed a Kazakh-based entity for the development of real estate in Kazakhstan. The Company’s long-term business goal is to become a significant real estate development company with a pipeline of regional projects.
The Company is currently developing a multifamily condominium project in Almaty that is a mix of residential units and commercial space. The Company is also developing a residential project in Kostanai, Kazakhstan that consists of three 10 story residential buildings, all with commercial space on the first floor. Additional projects are also underway in Ust Kamenogorsk and Actobinsk.
